No lifts. I did not realise the hotel did not have lifts and, as I have arthritis, I found having to negotiate the stairs from the basement carpark to a top-floor room quite difficult.

The facility was handy to the city and everything that we needed and we were able to relax.

My wife submitted a note regarding the clean linen and towels being placed on the carpet rather than being kept on the trolley which is designed for the purpose. I guess that some staff were trying to speed up the room cleanliness, but in doing so were possibly, albeit unwittingly, putting guests at risk of infection. Who knows what has been walked in from the street!

Room was good enough and service was also very good. Even they washed dishes everytime I went out. Room was very large with extra bed and had almost everything.. Recommended

One room was being painted so there was bad enough smell of chemical for 2 days. They should have done in a better way.
